Matt Aleshire is a member of the Public Affairs team at Weber Merritt.  Over the last two years, Matt has built up media contacts and media relations that provide one of the key channels through which the client’s message is presented.  Working on a broad range of advocacy issues and public relations campaigns from creation to implementation, Matt assists client teams with digital and social media efforts, website management, extensive research projects, earned media, field communications and speakers bureau programs. 

In addition to his work at Weber Merritt, Matt has campaign experience at the local, state, and national levels, including the 2008 presidential campaign. 

Matt holds a B.A. in History from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
