KayAnn joins Weber Merritt as an accomplished research professional with a dynamic career spearheading public affairs projects for political, legal and corporate clients. She is known for achieving a pipeline of seven-figure revenue growth and creating successful market research launches for leading global corporations and political campaigns.
Most recently, Ms. Panagi served as Director of Research for a bi-partisan public affairs firm whose focus is to help companies win projects with state and local governments. In this capacity, she created research-driven strategies for corporate positioning and marketing programs for clients as well as assisted in increasing the international client base to 30 percent of the company’s total revenue.
Prior to this, Ms. Panagi served as a Campaign Field Analyst for the National Republican Congressional Committee. During the 2002 Election Cycle, she was in charge of editing, reviewing and revising print, television and radio ads for the NRCC’s successful $50 million issue advocacy effort. Before the NRCC, Ms. Panagi worked in the legal industry as the Public Information Officer for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and as a member of the International Trade Practice Group of Kaye Scholer LLP in Washington, D.C.
Active in national, state and local elections for over a decade, Ms. Panagi formed Panagi Political Consulting (PPC) in 2004 to provide opposition research services to Congressional campaigns. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Affairs and Political Communications from the George Washington University and was elected the first female President of the University’s Parliamentary Debate Society.
