Dharma joined Weber Merritt in 2001 to support the grassroots team on campaigns encompassing public affairs, grassroots and public relations.  She now delivers issue advocacy for clients and manages grassroots projects from conception to completion.  Dharma services clients overseeing day-to-day field operations on multi-state campaigns, utilizing existing relationships with a network of political operatives across the country. 

Dharma’s responsibilities include providing clients with project and field management, tactical implementation, and detailed reporting.  Her client experience includes the American Health Care Association, American Chemistry Council, Better World Campaign, Coalition for Quality Respiratory Care, eBay, Edison Electric Institute, Food Marketing Institute and the US Chamber of Commerce Institute for Legal Reform along with other prominent associations and corporate entities.

Prior to joining Weber Merritt, Dharma was at Qorvis Communications in Washington, DC where she gained experience in political field management and grassroots initiatives. There, she managed activities such as letter campaigns, legislative meetings, earned media, speakers bureaus and events.

Dharma holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government from the University of Virginia. She is an avid cyclist and resides in Alexandria, VA.
